Yes. RealEstateApp is built for mixed portfolios. You can manage residential apartments, villas, commercial offices, retail units, and warehouses within the same platform. Occupancy reporting, contract templates, and Ejari registration workflows handle both property types — including the different RERA requirements for commercial versus residential contracts.
Most companies complete their portfolio import within one to two working days. We provide CSV templates for properties, units, tenants, and contracts. Our onboarding team reviews your data before import to catch formatting issues, and runs a test import in a staging environment before going live. For portfolios over 500 units, we typically allocate a dedicated onboarding session.
Yes. The Ejari integration supports both initial registrations and renewals. You can process them individually from the contract record or in bulk from the Renewals module. The platform handles the RERA API calls, stores the returned certificate, and tracks the Ejari number against the contract. Error handling is built in — if RERA's system returns an error, the platform surfaces it with the specific reason code so your team can resolve it.
When a direct debit collection fails, the platform automatically marks the payment as failed, sends a notification to the tenant, and alerts the responsible property manager. You can configure automatic retry attempts (e.g. retry after 3 days) and set rules for when a failed payment should escalate to the arrears workflow. All failed mandate attempts are logged against the contract record for audit purposes.
UAE Pass is the recommended signing method as it provides legal identity verification and a government-recognised digital signature. For tenants who cannot use UAE Pass, the platform also supports document download with manual wet signature and scan-back as a fallback. However, we strongly encourage UAE Pass adoption — setup takes under five minutes for any UAE resident with an Emirates ID.
RealEstateApp uses role-based access control (RBAC) at both the account and property level. Admins can create custom roles, restrict module access, and limit visibility to specific properties or portfolios. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. The platform is hosted in a UAE-based data centre to comply with local data residency requirements. Audit logs record every user action for compliance purposes.
Yes. The RealEstateApp mobile app (iOS and Android) is designed for field teams — primarily for property inspections and maintenance management. Inspectors can open an assigned inspection, work through the checklist room by room, attach photos, add notes, and capture a digital signature from the tenant on-site. Maintenance technicians can view and update their assigned jobs, upload completion photos, and close work orders from the app.
All customers receive access to our documentation portal, guides library, and email support. Our support team is based in Dubai and operates during UAE business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9am–6pm GST). For platform questions we typically respond within 2 hours. Enterprise customers on higher-tier plans receive a dedicated account manager and access to priority phone support.
